Avlite’s airfield cone marker is rotationally-molded using UV-stabilized polyethylene, providing exceptionally long-life without the need for painting.
By keeping the manufacturing process in-house, Avlite achieves better value for customers, superior quality standards and faster delivery than many of their competitors.
Avlite’s airfield marker is manufactured on-site using state-of-the-art proprietary rotational-molding equipment. High grade, UV-stabilized, virgin polyethylene ensures a robust product with a life expectancy of up to 20 years – currently unmatched by any other product on the market.
The polyethylene material offers enormous benefits over fiberglass models, including longer life expectancy and less servicing. No painting is required because the markers are manufactured using colored pigments which permeate all the way through the polyethylene.
Molded from 100% recyclable materials allows the markers to be recycled at the end of their working life.
